At Hands On By Rudy, I work with people who are on their feet all day, sitting at a desk, or training hard—focusing on finding what’s actually causing your pain and working on it properly. From targeted reflexology and Swedish massage to intense deep tissue, sports, and Thai modalities, every session follows a clear 3-step process: we talk about what hurts, you settle in with your choice of pressure, and we reset your body so you leave feeling genuinely lighter.
A Little About Me
I got into massage therapy because I wanted to do work that actually changes how you feel by the time you sit up off my table. Life is too short to carry around chronic pain, tight shoulders, and constant tension. My focus is on clinical bodywork—targeted pressure, reflexology, and real pain relief that lets you live your life comfortably.
When I’m not in a session, you’ll usually find me getting in a solid morning workout, reading by the water, or catching up with good people over great food.
